Our Recruitment Process

For students interested in becoming a POLIS Fellow, recruitment will take place at the beginning of each Fall and Spring semester. Our recruitment process is designed to help us get to know applicants beyond their resumes and better understand their interests in public service, politics, law, government, policy, advocacy, and civic leadership.

The recruitment process will include an information session, coffee chats, an online application, interview rounds, and invite-only recruitment events designed to help applicants learn more about POLIS and the community we are building.

As a founding chapter, POLIS is looking for students who are passionate, authentic, ambitious, and committed to growing as future public service leaders. Students from all majors and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
